1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
We provide [description of service: dashboards, content, membership platform, etc.]. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- One account per person — no sharing logins
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in EU)
- Accurate registration information required
- Notify us at security@valuetovictory.com if you suspect unauthorized access
4. Subscriptions & payment
- Paid plans bill on the cycle you select (monthly/annual)
- Auto-renews unless canceled before the renewal date
- Payments processed by Stripe — we don't store card numbers
- Refunds: per the refund policy of your specific plan (typically pro-rata for annual on cancellation; monthly is non-refundable except where required by law)
- Failed payment leads to 14-day grace · then read-only · then deletion per our retention schedule
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass access controls
- Upload malicious content (malware, phishing, etc.)
- Scrape or extract data en masse without our permission
- Send spam or harass other users
- Impersonate others
Violations may result in account suspension or termination per our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and serve it as needed to operate the Service. We don't claim ownership and don't use your content for purposes outside operating the Service.
7. Our content & IP
The Service, including templates, dashboards, code, and proprietary content, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as part of your subscription. No reverse engineering, no resale of the platform itself.
8. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Notice. By using the Service, you agree to that notice.
9. Termination
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for material violations of these Terms (with notice where reasonable). On termination, we retain data per our published retention schedule.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. The Service is not professional advice (legal, tax, medical, religious, financial).
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations — those limits apply to you only as far as your local law permits.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms with reasonable notice. Material changes get 30 days' email notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
14. Governing law & disputes
