Our Story

Begun by a grandmother.

Maison Olivetta opened on a quiet block in 2008 with twelve seats and one menu. Nonna Olivia did the cooking. Her grandchildren did the dishes. The wine came from neighbors traveling home through Liguria.

Sixteen years later, the room is bigger and the menu changes weekly. The principle is the same: seasonal ingredients you can name, prepared by people who learned at home, served at tables long enough that strangers leave as friends.

"A restaurant is the room your mother fed you in, made bigger."
