Kingdom Wife Blueprint — Action Plan (90-day window)

What ships when. Ordered for actual execution. Each item is one sitting (60–120 min) at her energy budget.

Phase 1 — Book to KDP (Days 1–30)

Week 1: Editorial pass

• Day 1 (HARD): Read all 200+ pages aloud over 2 sittings. Mark anything that sounds like generic advice.
• Day 2 (MEDIUM): Strike everything marked. Don’t replace yet.
• Day 3 (MEDIUM): Read again. Flag chapters where the Three Truths aren’t load-bearing.
• Day 4 (HARD): Rewrite flagged chapters around the closest Truth.
• Day 5 (EASY): Theological consistency pass — every scripture quoted in correct translation, in context.

Week 2: Voice + Structure

• Day 6 (HARD): Run draft through voice-keeper-sandi skill. Address every BLOCK violation.
• Day 7 (MEDIUM): Address every WARN violation that improves the work.
• Day 8 (MEDIUM): Workbook prompt audit — does each prompt actually function as reflection or is it filler?
• Day 9 (MEDIUM): Page-type assignment per kingdom-wife-typesetting SKILL — Stage / Path / Chapter / Reflection.
• Day 10 (EASY): Send to 3 beta readers (women in primary segment).

Week 3: Cover + Metadata

• Day 11 (HARD): Cover brief — back to designer. Front + spine + back required for paperback.
• Day 12 (MEDIUM): Author photo refresh if existing isn’t current. Bio rewrite (200 words).
• Day 13 (MEDIUM): BISAC categories selection (3 max): Religion / Christian Life / Marriage candidates.
• Day 14 (HARD): KDP description draft via kdp-ad-copy-writer skill (4000 char HTML).
• Day 15 (EASY): Keyword research — 7 KDP keywords from comp-title analysis.

Week 4: Beta integration + KDP upload

• Day 16–18 (MEDIUM): Aggregate beta feedback via beta-feedback-aggregator-agent. Address consensus issues only.
• Day 19 (HARD): Final manuscript pass. Lock the file.
• Day 20 (MEDIUM): Interior PDF formatting per kingdom-wife-typesetting SKILL (6.125×9.25 grayscale).
• Day 21 (HARD): KDP upload — interior + cover + metadata.
• Day 22–24 (waiting): KDP review (24-72h).
• Day 25 (HARD): Order proof copy. Hold copy in hands. Find anything wrong.
• Day 26–28: Address anything proof-copy revealed. Re-upload.
• Day 29: Approve final.
• Day 30: Live on Amazon. Day 1 of platform build window opens.

Phase 2 — Platform MVP (Days 31–60)

Week 5: Architecture + auth

• Day 31 (HARD): Open _skills/membership-site-builder/SKILL.md. Run intake (80+ Q&A). Pre-fill from _skills/kingdom-wife-membership-platform/SKILL.md.
• Day 32 (MEDIUM): Provision IONOS subdomain (kingdomwife.aldridgebird.com or similar). DNS + SSL.
• Day 33 (HARD): Stand up bootstrap.php · auth.php · config.sample.php · .htaccess per locked template.
• Day 34 (MEDIUM): MySQL schema — extend db809893484 with KWB tables (users · sessions · purchases · cohort_membership · journal_entries).
• Day 35 (MEDIUM): Login + signup pages. No fancy frontend; functional.

Week 6: Content gating + payment

• Day 36–37 (HARD): Build content gating logic per _skills/kingdom-wife-membership-platform/SKILL.md Stack Lock. Tier 1 / 2 / 3 access matrix.
• Day 38 (HARD): Stripe integration. Three products (Tier 1 entry · Tier 2 one-time · Tier 3 monthly).
• Day 39 (MEDIUM): Webhook handler — Stripe → MySQL purchase record → user tier upgrade.
• Day 40 (MEDIUM): Manual signup test. Stripe test mode. Confirm Tier 2 + Tier 3 unlock correctly.

Week 7: Course content + email sequence

• Day 41–43 (HARD): Course module 1 (Inner Life realm) — 5 lessons · transcripts · prompts.
• Day 44–46 (HARD): Course module 2 (Relational Dynamics realm) — 5 lessons.
• Day 47–49 (MEDIUM): Modules 3 (Practical Authority) and 4 (Spiritual Leadership) outlined; full content can land in Phase 3.
• Day 50 (HARD): Email sequence Day 0/3/7/14/30 via _skills/email-sequence-builder/SKILL.md. Loaded into IONOS-hosted PHP mailer or ConvertKit.

Week 8: QA + soft launch

• Day 51–53 (MEDIUM): Test signups end-to-end. Fix bugs.
• Day 54 (HARD): Soft launch to 5 friendly beta members. Free Tier 2 access in exchange for feedback.
• Day 55–58 (MEDIUM): Iterate based on beta feedback. Most fixes are copy fixes, not code.
• Day 59 (EASY): Run vtv-qa-suite orchestrator on the platform.
• Day 60: Platform open to public. Day 1 of cohort build window opens.

Phase 3 — First cohort (Days 61–90)

Week 9: Cohort architecture

• Day 61 (HARD): Cohort #1 enrollment opens. Cap at 30. Pricing locked at $79/mo.
• Day 62 (MEDIUM): Calendly integration for the monthly call. First call scheduled for ~Day 75.
• Day 63–64 (MEDIUM): Cohort-only resource page (PHP gating · Tier 3 only). Discord or in-platform forum for between-call conversation.
• Day 65 (EASY): Welcome email to cohort enrollees.

Weeks 10–12: First call + iteration

• Day 75: First cohort call (90 min · live · recording optional but generally yes).
• Day 76–80: Post-call follow-up. One-question email to each member: “what landed.”
• Day 81–85: Course modules 3 + 4 finalize.
• Day 86–88: Testimonial collection from beta members (for marketing pages).
• Day 89: First quarterly review of metrics — book sales · Tier 2 conversions · Tier 3 retention.
• Day 90: Cohort #2 enrollment opens. Audience compounds.

What this plan assumes

• 1 HARD task / day max (her hard rule)
• ~25 working days per month (weekends preserved · sabbath protected)
• No major homestead emergencies
• No DFI Tier 2 work consuming bandwidth (DFI Phase 1 audit can run in parallel as filler)
• Voice rules enforced throughout (zero-tolerance for “Warmly,” / “precious” / hype)

If energy drops below normal for >3 days, the plan slides 3 days. Don’t push through; sustain.
