The thesis

Orbital debris is no longer a future risk. 130M+ fragments larger than 1mm orbit Earth today (ESA 2024). Existing players treat removal as cost. The opportunity is to treat removal as the entry wedge for a recovery economy: capture → transport → process → return material to use. Same fleet, dual revenue.
